The only thing I give 5 stars for is the ease of use as all you have to do is throw it in the back and not remove the plastic. The rest is just fine. Why did I buy this HORRIBLE product in the first place? We live in an area with high levels of manganese in the water. I've always struggled with the rust colored ring for the toilet.
