I have read all the reviews that mentioned the tingling sensation due to the high concentration of glycolic acid. but I didn't feel anything. I thought maybe my feet were too rough so I used a pumice stone in the bath and then a bedtime cream (put on socks) and then waited for the results: nothing out of the ordinary. It was a week like this and nothing special. I get the same results with any other heavy duty moisturizing cream like Cerave, Cetaphil etc. Save your money and try generics first.

This cream should not be left on the skin. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water. If tolerated after an initial application of 10-15 minutes, gradually increase the time to 30 minutes. BUT YOU MUST RINSE. In fact, this is a human chemical peel. Leaving this product on will give you a chemical burn very similar to a severe sunburn and yes your skin will peel. This is no ordinary cream, use as directed and you will see amazing results.

This was a breakthrough for my gear. I've tried just about everything with limited success, including using other lower glycolic acid Glytone products twice a day. It's strong stuff and it can sting at first, but it's by far the most effective product I've tried. I use a small amount about 5 times a week and leave it on overnight. I also use a 2% salicylic acid cream several times a week. My CP almost disappeared after about 2 weeks of this routine.

I first ordered this for my disgusting phoenix flip flops. It does a great job! I apply it twice a week at night and then scrape off the dead skin with an electric foot grinder. The combination of the two makes my feet look like I get a weekly pedicure. I have to admit that I started using it on my face. I keep getting these nasty pimples that hurt terribly on my cheeks, jaw and throat when I'm wearing medical masks. First I wiped my face with alcohol and then moisturized at the end of the day.

I love this material. It's the only thing that has ever helped me keep my feet in good condition. I've tried plastic socks, they last longer and are cheaper in the long run to reapply when needed rather than using plastic foot socks. Another benefit is that you can control which part of your foot you want to reapply - most people have problem areas on their feet and don't need to exfoliate the whole foot.
