Only Home Depot or Lowe's chair leg fasteners will work

This time I went with the cheaper end caps and got what I paid for. One of the tips broke when I attached it to my reed because the rubber is so thin. I highly recommend getting a more durable type for about $2 more, or just go to Home Depot or Lowe's and get them for a fraction of the price. Next time I will buy them again "Essential Medical Supply T50012bl Quad Cane Tips, Black, 1/2 Inch"

My patio table looks like new!

It's amazing how much the new legs have changed. My husband painted a white steel table in the yard and it looks good but the tops of the legs are cracked. Really relaxed. These are even better than the old ones - they were plastic and these are rubber. The rubber ones are much better - I don't expect them to tear, they are thick and strong. We all have hardwood floors in our house and when needed on my home furniture they protect the wood. Great find and great purchase. Good price.

Pros
  • Great overall performance

  • Some issues

Ideal for parquet floors!

I recently bought an ironing board. Got the last one available and didn't realize the leg was missing until I got it home. That's why I ordered these legs. They are so much better than the plastic legs that were on the ironing board so I took off the 3 legs I had and put these 4 on. I have hardwood floors and the best part about these legs is that my ironing board stays in place while I work. I also think the thickness and flexibility of these legs help protect the hardwood from scratches.

  • Excellent price

Seems to be a last resort.

I'm not sure I'm buying the correct replacement leg caps. First too small, then too big. But when I put the broken tips into these stem tips, they fit perfectly. But the legs appear to be slanted and the tops are flat. These are ordinary metal folding chairs. And no, Ruby sliders don't work either. The sliders are too big. But for now it seems like they might work as long as the torn/broken tabs stay connected in those tabs. They are soft, stretchy and gentle on the floor.

slides easily over stool legs

My stool was very old, with tubular metal legs and a wooden top that had paint stains, scratches and such. But it was the right height for my plant. I didn't want the very rough cane legs digging into my linoleum floor. I ordered leg caps. They arrived quickly. I smeared them on each leg over the grate, dripped paint and so on. They fit very well and look good. I may need to sand and varnish the legs and wood top to make it look more acceptable. But the plant loves it. These chair leg tips are…

Works with old and new

Looking for new legs for two different tray tables to avoid scratching the wooden floor. Got the size 1/2" and it didn't fit at first but then I realized the problem was the old plastic legs so took them off and installed these new ones. They fit well and are soft enough that I won't worry about them for years to make my floors. I used a current style chart (2017) and one so old I couldn't even remember what year I got it (maybe 1992). It's old , but still working just needed these legs If you…

For a 1 inch foot they fit just right.

This is exactly what I wanted. The legs of the ironing board are 1 inch (1 inch) in diameter, so they must match. Not so fast. They're the same size, so the lids don't fit right away. I had to put caps on the ends of the pipe. who kept trying to crash into the rubber. I also smeared the rubber and metal tube with dish soap to make it slide easier (not that easy.) I continued them in the end, but to be honest they should have been more than I thought I bought 1-inch -ID pieces to fit the metal…
