Love it! We bought it as a sleeping aid.

I love them! We bought it as a sleep aid and to prevent gray hair growth. We've been using them for about a month and they definitely work. We take one right before bed and our sleep patterns are now back to normal. My husband and I are both graduate students; He's a 17-year-old Army veteran and I'm an emergency manager by trade. Needless to say, our sleep patterns shut down. No longer. I have already bought. It should be in our house.

hives! Allergic Reaction

At the time of purchase I was not aware that allergic reactions often occur when taking methionine. The 1st dose produced no reaction, but the 2nd dose produced urticaria in the form of raised, itchy patches of skin on the wrists, palms of both hands, abdomen and inner thighs. It's been over 24 hours and after taking Benadryl and lots of water he hasn't cleared up. I am not deficient in B vitamins - deficiencies in folic acid, b6 and b12 can aggravate and/or cause an allergic reaction toโ€ฆ

My child has been using this product for over 5 years and it has literally saved his life. I just ordered it and realized that I have never told my story about this product, but it can be extremely helpful for people with mitochondrial problems, children with autism, children with sensory problems, etc. All these problems often arise from - for some kind of mitochondrial deficiency. I took my child to the best doctors in the world to find out why they couldn't digest food, develop gross motorโ€ฆ
