The tree was well packed. All parts were included, there was no damage. The only thing I was disappointed with was the battery compartment, it's thin plastic and ripped when first opened. Setup was easy. As mentioned, the base is not heavy enough to properly support the tree. I put some river rocks between the tree and the base and that fixed the problem. This little tree was a lovely addition to my porch decor. He was well protected from the elements.

So when I bought this tree I was expecting something incredibly cheap, barely enough for one Christmas. What I got was surprisingly better than the disposable wood, which I would reuse countless times. I have a decent tree that I can use countless times. Perfect mini tree for my mini apartment! I ordered for the holidays and the Christmas tree arrived quickly and neatly packaged. The box included instructions on how to unwrap and fluff up the tree, and MANY of the decorations came in almost individual bags.
