I have changed filters several times and signed up for a 60 day filter replacement program through Soma. I have problems: 1. mold; and 2. very slow filtering. I really wanted to like it - it's by far the prettiest water pitcher. They also sponsor a water charity that deserves admiration. But its performance leaves much to be desired. We had two main problems with it.
