📺 Experience the Ultimate 4K Entertainment with Sony FMPX10 Ultra HD Media Player Review

A little disappointed that the content of the package is limited and it takes almost 10 minutes to download a 7 minute sample and I have a Verizon Fios 75/75 connection. Pretty much everything this has to offer I can access straight from my Wi-Fi, AV or Blue-Ray TV. I'm wondering a little, what do I need this expensive little box for?

This is a great little device. 4K movies are great to watch, but the audio is even better to listen to. Not impressed with the remote control, a little cheap plastic design. It was professionally installed so I can't comment on its connection. I had to upgrade my cable modem/router to faster devices for faster downloads. Only a limited number of 4K movies are available. But that will likely improve over time. I didn't put a five because of the high cost of the device.

Calling this device trash is an insult to trash. The only reason it exists is Netflix 4k, and of course you can guess the rest of the constant freezing issues even at high connection speeds. No Revain Prime 4k app. I tried to download a movie from the Sony Store. I gave up after an hour. Just bite the bullet and buy a new TV with the right built-in codec. Or wait for the upcoming 4k Blu-ray players coming this fall (2015). I'm sure they will have the right connection. As for Sony ---- YOU ARE…

I love this HD media player. Very easy to use and operate. You don't need to use the included remote control if you can control all functions with your original TV remote control. Just press the home button, select FMP-X10 under Connected Devices, the device will turn on immediately and you can watch Netflix in 4K or Sony 4K Video Unlimited.
