Sound is great It took me a while to connect my phone, but I won't blame it. As far as a Sony product goes, I'd say it's more than likely I'll have a connection problem due to Wi-Fi in a mountainous area.

I ordered this receiver, it didn't have enough RCA preamps in the back at the end, entirely my fault and the store I bought this stereo from was great at understanding and returned my money, i recommend this store and the people who run it are very helpful

I don't know much about car stereos but when in doubt I always go for Sony. They've always had the perfect balance of quality and affordability. After I installed it, the sound quality changed completely even with the old speakers. The music just sounds amazing. I just drove around town and jammed along to the music like I'd never heard it before. The only thing I haven't tried yet is the armpit port, but I assume it works fine since everything else works.
