The quality of the strap itself is inferior to the original. This is a more rigid and less flexible group. But it fits and works. The instructions are terrible. The screws are too small for even the smallest of hands, so I'd recommend lots of light and working on a firm, light-colored surface. They supply you with 4 new bolts, although they don't seem to tighten as well as the original bolts if you can avoid losing them during the disassembly process.
