Bamboo Wine Rack – Compact and Foldable Countertop Storage for 6 Bottles Review

Looks good and helps keep bottles organized. I'm not a heavy drinker so some wines can stand for several months. Since the neck of the bottle is lower, the corks are constantly getting wet. If you've ever tried to open a bottle with a wet cork, you know what a mess and struggle it is. 2 bottles of wine were wasted because of it. But knowing this, it's great for any other type of bottle!

That's the thing. I do not drink. I do buy a bottle of wine from time to time though. I buy them because they will look great in my kitchen. Think of them like art books on a coffee table, only for the kitchen. So here I am with six bottles on the counter and just sitting there. I received this wine rack so they are being displayed to show off the bottles and indicate that they are part of the collection. This shelf is perfect for my intended purpose.

This thing broke down and broke a bottle of a very good rose 5 minutes before my guests arrived (the reason I wanted to show my Wine first! ). I don't know if this was an individual product defect, but if not, be careful! For reference, the wine cost more than double the price of the damn shelf itself so I've now lost more than I paid for this thing! It cost me money!

This wine rack is perfect for my use: under cupboards/on the counter. correct height. Correct technique (correct inclination to keep cork in the water; full stability). Correct number of bottles - as another reviewer said, even two extra bottles fit on top and bottom, one in two gaps between the three bottles on each tier. The design of this shelf is simple and functional, I actually bought two shelves, one arrived and opened perfectly. The second rack I ordered was a different story, when the rack was rolled out it was in two pieces that flipped upside down so the concave cut that SHOULD hold the wine bottle neck is upside down and the flat part of the frame supports the neck .
