The product was small, I have other Sorel shoes and the size was far away. My product was obviously a previous return, all the paper was ripped off and the labels were torn off. Went back and came to find out what I have to pay to return this used product, will never buy from the seller again.

I already bought one but sent it back. Go 1/2 size larger. I have a 6, 6 1/2 fit perfectly. When I received my mule, the right mule looked like it had already been worn and stretched. I left it because it's convenient.

I love these mules. They are waterproof and the most comfortable mules I have ever had. I went to a 9.5 my foot is 10" and according to the Sorel size chart I'm an 8.5 but these I went to a 9.5 and they fit perfectly! Check the size chart for yourself and you shouldn't have a problem!

Came in a plastic bag with no box. I did not order an open box, so this is not acceptable. They don't look or feel like leather so everything leads me to believe they're fake. Also, at least the full size is too small. I wear an 8.5-9 and am narrow in most shoes and my heels dangle at the back. I've never had a size 9 that was too small for me and I really think I could fit a 10 in it if I wanted to trade in for a size up, but again the quality is Walmart shoes.

I love these mules! I have a relatively high arch and find them easy to wear. Based on the reviews I ordered a half size up which I think made all the difference. The rose gold color is fun but not too wild to wear to work.
