I'm 5ft 9" and 185lbs. I usually wear size L. Based on the comments I ordered XL and it was still too tight in the shoulders and chest. I'm not a bodybuilder, very average build. XXL would probably fit me. - this is advertised as a suit for men not women - give them some shoulder room

When you decide to buy, buy more than you think, that's VERY little. The biggest problem, however, is lightning. He refuses to get up even with slight movements.
