The suit was perfect for my first sprint triathlon, it was surprisingly cool on a day of 100⁰ and higher temperatures, it even seemed to have a cooling effect. The suit was extremely comfortable in every position I move. It didn't slow down my swim time at all, in fact my swim was faster than usual.
