Excellent customer service, quick response times and excellent software

1) Easy setup2) The team is always willing & able3) They are responsive4) Their product does exactly as promised5) I would like more integration with other services (ie MailChimp).1.) Setup was easy but took some time getting used to it. It's not intuitive at first glance so make sure that if someone else in your organization will use this tool they have experience using something similar or know how their way around an interface can work for them. 2.)
