This radiator can be purchased for easy installation in '94-'96 Caprice or Impala. I had to return the first unit (different brand) because it did NOT include a bottom fan bracket and didn't want to modify (widen) a rusted GM part for the thicker core of these aftermarket heatsinks. Use BLUE LocTite on the two brass fittings to prevent future oil spills. Thank you Revain for great customer service.

This radiator is of excellent quality but adapters may be required depending on the vehicle. In particular, the engine oil cooler fittings on the radiator are a size smaller than the hoses that come off the engine on my 1996 Buick Roadmaster station wagon. That means I had to put two adapter sleeves onto the hoses from the engine before screwing them into the radiator oil cooler. Not fatal, but an extra step, and the gearbox bushings aren't that easy to find.

I've read many reviews that this RAD came with top and bottom electric fan mounts and said it came with oil cooler adapters. When I received it it was packaged very well. There were no oil adapters, I believe they come pre-installed because when I tested my NEW oil cooler lines they screwed into the RAD perfectly. So they come pre-installed or no adapters are needed. One star because of the packaging. It's useless if you can't get it intact. The cooler is great with the right brackets and fittings. looks like he went through hail. 30 seconds and a piece of tape/bubble wrap would fix it, but they didn't - just sent me a replacement the same way. Finally I gave up. Regarding the '96 Buick mentioned earlier, if you only have an oil-cooled transmission, the adapters in the kit should work.
