Unit is designed to OE fit, form and function requirements accomplished by leveraging our OE fuel system design expertise. Unit is dual coated for enhanced corrosion protection. Fit tested on the very same vehicle application for which it was developed verifying first-hand that the design fits properly and can be easily installed. Unit is leak tested after production to ensure product in free from fuel and / or evaporative leaks. Tested with OE fuel cap to prevent evaporative emission and check engine light failure.

Based on my experience this fuel filler is a game-changer .It has gone above and beyond my expectations in improving the fuel system in my car. Fits perfectly in place of my old 2002 Corolla filler neck.

After I had an incident with my fuel line, my check engine light came on on my 2002 Corolla with an EVAP leak code. After I removed the factory filler tube and compared to this, everything was exactly the same. From the length of the entire pipe to the length of the smaller lines and the diameter of the pipes, everything has been perfectly matched to factory specifications. The old little rubber hoses connected directly to the little metal lines of this filler neck. I ended up having to replace
