If you're looking for a versatile and useful set of dies, these are just the thing. Although it took me a while to get the hang of using the nesting skills on my squids and purchasing additional spellbinders for embossing, I now use them regularly for both scrapbooking and postcards. I love using this stamp set with the large classic card making kit and love how they go together. It makes my postcards look more professional and appealing, which makes me feel good about sending a postcard to people I care about. I emboss this oval while it's still in the die and do about a dozen shades of white to keep in reserve. I find that the combination of white ovals with pastel colored ovals of different sizes is often the basis of a postcard. I just add a folded cardboard rectangular base, a centerpiece, a fun message, some twine or ribbon, maybe a button or three, or a pair of fishtail tags, and my card is done!

I ordered these Spellbinder stamps thinking the size would fit, but when I received them and placed the largest stamp along the edge of the stamp, it cut off the outer edge rather than enclosing it. Nestability is good, but not what I was looking for. The Hero Arts oval stamps are not the thin oval that I need for my project. I gave the Nestabilities stamps 5 stars as it's not the product's fault that they didn't work…
