Sperry Top Sider Intrepid 2 Eye Men's Shoes Review

The men's Sperry Intrepid Double Eye Loafer is crafted with materials, craftsmanship, style and comfort in mind. I wasn't sure about the heel design until I ran a distance in them. The heel provides good cushioning as you walk, and the single lace design allows for a snug fit around the heel to comfortably wrap around your foot. If I can find the right pair of socks, I can wear them in winter too!

I bought these to replace a similar pair that had worn out. I have narrow feet so the laces need to be tight. My mistake was not realizing that these shoes only have one towing eyelet. So I couldn't pull them tight enough to wear them. I had to send them back and order some 3 eyelet dockers (2 to tighten the laces).

I haven't worn these shoes in 6 months and they have a tear in the side. The shoes are definitely not worth the money. I will not buy again.

The laces on the shoes started falling apart after two months. The shoes are comfortable, fit well and look good but are useless if worn lightly for short periods of time when they start to fall apart.

The finish of the Topsider's bodice was blotchy and uneven. These shoes look like second or third. They don't look like new.

The only thing that really worries me is that the photo and the shoes don't look the same, I haven't worn them yet so I can't tell for sure right now.

Quality control has decreased in recent years. They started out as excellent deck shoes. I can't understand why they don't want to stay upstairs.

Unfortunately, this seller does NOT accept returns. I would order it a little wider next time. I keep them even if they are a bit tight. Seems well done

Comfortable shoes at a reasonable price. I was able to wear them straight away with no pain or blisters. It also looks strict and elegant at the same time. Good buy! :-)

The box was closed with a rubber band. The shoes looked like they had been worn before, with scratch marks on the heel, and they didn't look like Sperry's shoes. I think they were cheap fakes. Attention buyers.

I wore them before and donated them a month later. Poor quality and fit. Spend the extra and get Billfish. Much better shoes.

Bought these size 13 shoes as a gift, person had similar same size shoes that fit perfectly, tried these on and they were too big. It's sad because now that he's tried wearing them a few times and decided they're too big I can't return or exchange them.

The Sperry Topsider is a classic. Always well done and stylized. It's three couples. . . one fit for its intended purpose as a sneaker, the second as everyday wear (a bit shabby with character) and the third pair in pristine condition. Why does anyone need three pairs of identical shoes? consistency and quality.

I bought these to use as indoor shoes, after less than a year of careful use the stitching came undone (as pictured). Walmart quality at jetty prices. Too bad they haven't even been cracked yet.

I have previously worn Sperry products. These shoes do not match the comfort of other Sperry shoes I have worn. In fact, they were terribly uncomfortable. The skin is incredibly tough and rubbed at the back of my ankle. I'm not a picky person and I always find time to break in my shoes. These shoes just didn't fit at all.

I've worn Sperry's for over 40 years. A very good quality. The only "concern" is that the insole has little to no cushioning, so wearing socks helps (especially for us seniors over 60). I think you could get a snap-on gasket, but that's my only complaint. true size. Good quality work. I recommend without hesitation.
