Went to a friend's chef's house. Tried it and had to have it for myself. What is this trip. Made the food enjoyable to eat. There is a new way. I will order more.

It works as advertised and does a great job. The only thing that bothers me is that it comes with a European plug that is not listed. So make sure you have an adapter when you're in the States.

Spherifier works great but. I wish it was wireless/rechargeable so you don't have to be stuck next to an outlet all the time when using it. When it comes to recipes, sometimes you need to adapt a recipe to what you're making, but that's only part of the process when you're working with different types of liquids.

I bought this as a gift for someone in my house and they shipped it in a cardboard box. If you read the very small fine print it will let you know, but I bought it with the Buy Now option which meant I couldn't cover it. So, my New Year's present is ruined.

I bought this on a whim thinking it would be more economical than buying jars with pre-made beads. So glad I did! The tool is easy to use and clean, and my dinner guests thought I was some kind of magician (who am I to fix them!). I had some tomato jam that didn't set but I couldn't throw it away because it was so tasty. I ran it through this machine, and my bad jam turned into a great condiment on pizza, appetizers, and pasta dishes. I can't wait to do more!
