While it's expensive, it's worth investing about $40 to protect your $1,400 phone! This case is much better than the one that came with it. Looks very stylish and closes the gap when the phone is folded. Comes in a case with glue to keep it neat. I'd rather have it scratched and fingerprinted than my real phone. If you've got that budget phone, you absolutely must give it a good case, like this one.

Adheres to the metal surface of the phone with a very weak, sticker-like adhesive. So weak, in fact, that the case fell apart after the first few days. I never took my cases off until it was time to trade the phone in for an upgrade, so I used rubbing alcohol to remove the sticker and opted for superglue. I use Spigen all my life. It fits perfectly on my 5G model, is thin and still offers sufficient protection. I don't use any glue on the case to attach it to the phone and it still fits perfectly without coming loose (unlike Samsung's own leather case). It still looks smooth, but the texture is enough for me not to worry. slips out of my hand. A small protrusion around the camera is enough to protect it without adding bulk to the body. This is by far the best case for the price on this phone!

Fits better than the standard Samsung case and feels much better in the hand. As for drop protection, I'm not so sure about the drop protection as the case barely rises above the bezels around the screen. I love this case. I bought it in a bronze color that goes perfectly with my rose gold flip. I haven't had any issues with it slipping off and it has done a great job of protecting my phone since I've dropped it a few times.
