All the stress of raising the top is transferred to these tiny ribs on the underside of the launcher. Of course, children want to spin the top with all their might. Two of mine broke within 24 hours when those tiny projections were sheared off. I don't know about others because I gave them to other children.

Received as a 6th birthday gift. You were a great success! Really great toy. bright lights. They spin for a long time and move through space! My 6 year old has no problem with it without help. I don't know how long the fun will last but they walked for hours today! Also interesting to watch for adults :)

Said to have 12 spinners and 12 shooters. Well I only have 11 shooters, one of which is broken. So I have 10 shooters and 12 spinners for a birthday party that needs 10 favors! Yes, I am not satisfied with this purchase. It's a pot, I can't return them because I need them as a service in 2 days!

I bought these spinners for myself and another teacher to use in our preschool. We teach children from 4 years. School started in August and on September 5th of September 12th she stopped working. When trying to hook the top of the spinner, the spinner would not hold the coil. It was spinning in our hands before we could put it on the floor.

Fun little toy, the class loved it. Lots of entertainment for a couple of hours. Prolonged play proved too difficult for them due to the way some children deal with it. A few broke and one of the indicators stopped flashing. If you want it to stay a toy for a long time, maybe not. If you want to keep the kids a little entertained, this works great!
