Save money on crafts

If I could give this one negative star I would; it's not even worth one star. The material is super cheap; nothing like what I had as a kid. I bought it for my daughter as a Christmas present. I tried to demonstrate how to use it but the small inner shapes didn't rotate properly and kept sliding.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Older model

Unstoppable fun! Ballpoint pens are lighter than markers

Like childhood! Got this for my 5 year old during the Corona Virus lockdown. Good quality markers but not the best choice for this. I bought 6 Pentel RSVP colored pens and they were perfect. Gel pens can smear. It comes with putty which also made it a lot easier for the rings to stay down. I buy reusable glue dots additionally.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • High price

no one. Circle - Arts & Crafts

I can't believe there aren't any circles to make shapes out of in this set. There are a number of other weird and complex shapes to work with, but not just a circle. what is on earth I'm coming back for a set, you know, with circles so we can easily create beautiful patterns. The only good thing about it is that there are several large molds that can be used to create patterns, so multiple children can play at the same time. If you need an extra kit, you'll love this feature, but the shapes…

You ruined a great article!

Well, the "funny shapes" weren't that fun. I'm an adult and an artist. I was so excited to give this to my niece but she was fed up and couldn't learn how to use it. I thought it was because she was a kid, but then I tried. POOH! I had one of these when I was about her age and loved it! But then they tried to get creative and add weird shapes that are extremely difficult to maneuver to even do anything. Seriously, I just wanted good old fashion. In my opinion ruined this nostalgic toy!

Grab some random ones instead of those odd shaped ones

I bought these for my grandson and myself hoping they would be as fun as the ones I had many, many years ago. I found the odd shapes difficult for us to maneuver and use, even for me let alone my 6 year old grandson. Maybe I didn't know how to use them. Both my grandson and I quickly lost interest in them, put them on and haven't used them since. I ordered another set, round like the ones I had as a kid. Cheap to make, the sprockets didn't fit or slip together, definitely cheaper than the ones…
