Unfortunately I have just opened the box and found a grey, faded hat that I don't know how to adjust. I ordered a black hat but it's definitely grey. It is written that it is settled, but I haven't figured it out yet. The hat is too big. Sad. I was really looking forward to this hat. I'll probably pass it on. Don't try to send it back.

To be honest I love the concept of this cap. DOG MOM! I mean come on The execution, however, was a different story. First, the hat was rather small. When worn, the sides don't even touch the junction between the top of the ear and the head. It's very flat so if you wear it without over tightening it may fall off as it's barely enough to cover your head. it flies away, every time you bend over it it can fall down etc.

This cap is very well made and I was so pleased when I saw it for the first time. I put it on right away and it was too big, I just tightened it, I did it until I couldn't take it any further. All that happened was he checked the upper, nothing changed on the width which was too big for my head. It arrived yesterday and I immediately ordered a second one as a Christmas present for my neighbor who walks her dog. with me and my dogs. I was afraid the graphics would look cheap or fall off like the shirt I recently bought. Everything looks great. The faded black color is amazing, the hat is adjustable and true adult size.
