Just received. Looks high quality. Looks super durable and high quality. When folding and bending silicone, there is always a risk over time. They made it so that the silicone rests from the crease when folding for so long, which is good for the silicone. I will change the rating after using it more than once

The screen must be locked when opened. Flexible and unstable when checking/switching the power supply. I also don't like the small holes on the underside of the frame. Some cut right down the middle and splatter fat because those areas can't be cleaned. I like the folding umbrella and the handle but I wouldn't buy if I knew 2 cons.

Just received, so I have not used it, first put it in the dishwasher to wash it, which is quite simple. I bought this for my 12" pans. It's not 12" so it doesn't fit around the rim of the pan. From the handle to the opposite side it measures 11 1/2". From the side in the crease it measures 11 3/4 in. Not perfect - maybe the chunky style should have been forgone - but for storage I went for it - even though it was supposed to be 12".

It's important, but not very noticeable. Where there used to be large drops of oil from an open pan, I now have medium sized drops. It's still a big mess that I have to clean up. It also just comes from making popcorn or frying food. I dare not fry with this thing. It is much more effective than strainer or vegetable/fruit rinse. Washes well in the dishwasher and holds up well. It's just not very good for its intended purpose.

I used to use splash guards that were metal and were real screens. They always got dirty as the fat baked on over time, they were difficult to clean, difficult to store and started falling apart after a few months of twice a week use. As it turned out, this product solved all of the above problems. Silicone is easy to clean in the sink or dishwasher, leaving no burnt grease on it.
