Description of 🪵 Woodworking Surface Spoilboard Flattener BINSTAK

2-WING INSERT CNC ROUTER BIT: Shank: 1/4"; Cut Diameter: 1-1/2" ; Carbide Inserts: 12*12mm. 2-wing design, resulting in a more balanced tool while running. INDUSTRIAL GRADE CNC WOOD ROUTER BIT: Super-strength steel body with anti kickback design, 2 cutting blades. COST-EFFECTIVE INSERT BIT: The surfacing router bit utilizes 4-sided solid carbide inserts. All 4 edges of carbide inserts can be used, use a screwdriver to make other blade edge outside. Replace the carbide inserts when needed, instead of replacing the whole bit. Cost effective solution compared to brazed router bits and solid carbide spiral bits. This planer router bit is perfect for wood slabs flattening, resurface or plane the top surface of the spoilboard. Used on soft and hard woods, particle board, MDF, plywood compact panel, laminate, acrylic and etc. Use on CNC and other automatic routers as well as hand-held and table-mounted portable routers. Such as woodworking engraving machine, trimming machine, etc.

I wouldn't buy this again.

I've only used this bit twice. The second time it was deformed and my router started making horrible noises. Put another bit in and it was ok, I've only used this bit twice and now it's useless.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Some little things

Looks good but does not include carbide inserts

Item looks good. However, I haven't been able to use it yet as I've missed it, but it doesn't include carbide inserts. I will update this review once I have the stakes and can get my board ready with the stakes.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Upgradeable

My shop is currently broken, so I didn't have a chance to run this snippet. It looks very similar to the Amana chisel I have, it also has a 1/4" shank size and about the same weight. It feels much sharper and is easier to adjust. have for project. I will buy more bits from this company! Very fast shipping.

Pros
  • Edge and grooving cutter
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.

The head is heavy and cuts well, but probably too big for the 1/4" shank. He can overeat and instantly pierce where the rod bends. My first one took less than 5 minutes. I ordered a second one and was more careful but hit the knot and did the same. Bent and useless. This tool is too big for its small shank and the forces are too great. $75 down the drain. I bought a much smaller competing nozzle for $15 - no problem.

Pros
  • Power tool parts and accessories
Cons
  • Can't remember

Great bit if you have the right router.

The router worked fine until it became deformed. I have an older hand router and the bit only went into the collet until it was sticking out about 3-4mm below the "Insert into router to line" line. I thought it would be enough if I was careful with the force I applied to the drill. I was wrong. It worked better than any other router I've used, to the point where I pushed it too fast (worked with a small oak board, so that didn't help). The shaft warped a little and began to vibrate…

Pros
  • Parts and accessories for router
Cons
  • Non-automatic
