Great bit Great price

Great bit. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. The price is great and the rotation of the cutting blades as well as the value and service life.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Can't remember

Better than my last hit.

Faster than my last 2" bit and leaves a better finish. The picture is straight from the routing, with no cleaning. I only processed one side of the panel so I can't comment on durability, but I'm guessing no worries about spare blades.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Working speed

You get what you pay for! Excellent chisel

I make 25 tables 40x40 from raw wood. I bought 3 cheap 2" bits. I was able to do 3 maybe 4 tops before I had to change racquets. I got this racquet today, used it to do 5 countertops twice as fast as before and the racquet is still like new, definitely worth the money.

Excellent nozzle for leveling the spoiler board.

I received it quicker than expected. This quickly flattens my plow board due to the size of the bit. I like that the blades can be rotated and swapped out if needed. It's so sharp it chews through wood like a hot knife through butter. The plastic packaging it came in protected the bat very well. I highly recommend purchasing this beat. ted w

Great bit if you have a good router.

Bought but for my 2 1/4 HP router. for leveling quilted maple boards. With a good attitude, this cutter will cut maple with ease. No breaks or rough spots. I made 4 plates and the edges are still sharp. I cut to the lowest settings on my router. No hang up or chatter issues. What was left was a nice finish that had to be sanded very lightly to get a perfect finish.

Pros
  • Edger & Grooving Bits
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Why did I wait so long to buy!

I don't write many reviews but felt I needed it for this bit. I've been using cheap carbide end mills to align panels for a while and finally decided to move on to something better and WOW what's the difference. This weekend I leveled both sides of a 9' x 36' Mesquite slab. (for those who don't know, mesquite is an extremely hard and dense wood). I can't believe it's still sharp and I haven't even rotated the blade yet, AMAZING! I'd ruin a cheap bat doing this job. I will never buy anotherโ€ฆ

Save time and replaceable blades.

I was skeptical about planing oak and spruce boards. Beautifully cut. Using smaller bits was trying my patience. The rounded cutting surface accelerates the process exponentially. The finish is pretty smooth. Sometimes I get small chips and you see a flat pass line on the back edge. grinding control. I limit each pass to 1/8 inch otherwise my underpowered router will be taxed. I hit the metal clip and damaged the two cutting blades. Removing and rotating was easy. Good thing they didn't replace
