Nothing against the seller but the product stinks like hell and the smell lingers. Never again. I bought this instead of Lysol when I ran out but looks like I'm going to use it to remove mold and mildew on outdoor items so I don't have to smell it. If you don't mind the smell as I'm sure it disinfects etc. give it a try. But for me, the smell was a failure.

Sporicidin is the recommended professional mold remover. The spray was recommended for porous surfaces (in my case it was carpet, bare wood and concrete in places I couldn't reach). The "fresh" smell to me is more akin to the smell you would find in a medical facility. It didn't bother me, but my daughter did. The mold stopped spreading after using this product. I bought cloths for smooth surfaces that might be touched.

Mold recently attacked two of my vehicles: an SUV and a trailer. I replaced carpet in an SUV, but before putting in the new carpet I sprayed it liberally on all hard surfaces and just let it dry.
