Our 2 year old has autism and uses this swing to 'cool off' when he's upset. He actually knows how to swing so he can get in and out himself. This is great for kids who have all kinds of energy but need to be locked inside. Without these swings, we would probably go insane.

I'm hesitant to buy because of the negative reviews but so glad I made the choice anyway. This is by far the best product I have ever bought from Amazon and I spend a lot of money here every month. I recommend this to everyone. I screwed the side bar screws back in because that seemed to make the swing a little more stable, but before I did it was pretty solid.

This swing was good value for money and was comfortable for a small child. It was pretty easy to put together and felt great. Then we put our 31 pound baby in it and he was able to roll forward. I realize that's what the harness is for, and it seems like it's less likely to tip over when buckled in, but it still doesn't feel particularly secure. The ropes don't seem to be 100% even if the seat sags a bit which worries me but doesn't affect the function.

We have had ours for less than a year and I have two main complaints. 1) Shoulder straps broke this week. My daughter was in, leaned forward and it just clicked. 2) When they broke, she leaned forward very far when rocking and the whole seat leaned forward so quickly that she would have fallen out if I hadn't been there to grab her. It scared me half to death. For the record, she is 19 months old and weighs 25 pounds which is pretty safe for a swing and we have been using her for about 9…

I am so happy with this purchase! I bought this for my indoor/outdoor swing toddler and it has more than exceeded my expectations! The instructions were clear and simple, it's lightweight and folds up for storage. It is a mixture of plastic and light metal. The chair is designed for safety, with full seat belts! This is a really amazing indoor/outdoor toy for our 8 month old baby. She loves it and will sit in it all day if I leave her. Very easy to set up, took less than 30 minutes. It folds up quickly and easily after we're done, which is very convenient. I have 1 main problem. The zippers don't work. The side buckles are larger than the holes they are designed to snap into.
