Works great once I learn the trick. The shaft continued to detach from the drill chuck. Use the drill in reverse for continuous work and it won't slip out.

Used to polish a scratch on a truck, worked great with polish and wax, scratches completely gone. It's very easy to change the pads, the velcro is very strong, once you stick it, it won't move when polished. would recommend.

I have used this and Tortoiseshell Wax Heavy Duty Cutting Compound to affordably and effectively polish headlights and other plastics. No kit quality issues, no excessive pad loss, I think this kit will last for years.

These wool buffs are just the right size for removing haze from headlight covers. When used with a car cleaner they work fast and fantastic. It only took about 15 minutes per headlight to get rid of 10 years of haze. Good product.

I bought this to sand down some repairs on the finish of my guitars. The polishing pad is very soft and since I can use it on a cordless drill I can use it anywhere. I haven't attempted to repair some of the scratches on any of our machines but I expect it will work just as well as it did on my guitars.

I enjoyed using these spacers as they were simple and easy to change. If I got one dirty, I would quickly switch it to another. I will say this, the pads only helped me get through one side of the car when I was polishing the scratches. That was all I needed it for, so it wasn't a problem for me. I would order 3 sets for a complete car if waxing a large car or truck.
