I really enjoyed playing with this ball

I really liked this ball. I seemed to have better control of this ball and felt great with my irons. I'm hesitant to always give 5 star product reviews, but this ball has a few downsides. Has great sound on impact, flies very straight, seems to get good distance for a softer ball. My only complaint is that it's not the softest ball I've played with and I was expecting it to be a bit softer than it is. I played a Srixon Soft Feels ball a while ago but the ionomer coating was too easy to scratch. Then I switched to Pro-V1 because I always liked finding them or getting them as gifts. Looking for a cheaper alternative, I switched to the Srixon Z-Star, which is engineered to match 90x the compression of the PU-coated Pro-V1. Z-Star played well, but after more research I decided to try the Q-Star tour. It has the same coverage as the Z-Star but a slightly lower compression ratio of 75. Now I feel…

The best ball in its category today!

The Q Star Tour has all the attributes of a premium touring ball. I usually use tour balls from leading manufacturers, but this ball is almost half the price. I'm a 6x handicap and it's way off the driver, feels great and checks the green very well. Shrikson designed this ball with the best players in mind as a lower priced option and I feel like they are conquering that market. My driver's turn rate is just over 100 and this ball flies the same distance as the Pro V1x, TP5x and every other top
