Good strong lock over 1

Good strong lock over 1.5 inch adjustment in stem and smooth strong lock in position used for a DIY ROTARY KEG HOLDER and it is stayed closed even before some big off-road bumps. I will update this review in a year to reflect my perception over time.

and couldn't be happier with it, although I had to do something.

I bought an original folding spare tire that I retrieved from the scene for my '74 Ford Bronco, but it didn't have the original latches, and judging by the look of the original I found online, I wasn't impressed. I bought this and couldn't be happier with it, although I did have to make some inventions. This would make sense if the photo I was trying to attach was actually attached. :-)
