We were pleasantly surprised that this item comes with white cloth gloves to wear during assembly. It wasn't difficult to assemble, it's quite durable. I recommend it - it fits in our whole family's shoes - from toddlers to extra large adult feet!

Update: They came forward and replaced the whole thing. I am very pleased with how promptly and quickly they fixed the issue. Definitely recommend this product! It was exactly what I needed. The product was missing a part, which prevented the assembly from being completed. I'm very disappointed because I like it, but essentially one level can't be attached. It was not possible to write to the seller so I'm not sure what can be done to resolve this issue.

This shelf is amazing and holds things very well! Other racks typically do not have tubes on all four sides of each tier, usually just two in the front and back. But this one has four on each tier, making it pretty strong and durable, although it's also more difficult to assemble and you'll need to use some force to make it work.
