Start with 1 tablet a day, not 2 or 3 like the pack says

Gravity is normal, it contains caffeine, I can only take 1 dose a day. 2 is too much for me, slowly seeing weight loss with continued use. I don't feel jittery on 1 dose, 2 doses keep you up very late sometimes.

Used daily for over 20 years

I've been taking them daily for over 20 years and they still give me the energy I need throughout the day. And yes, you will lose weight by taking it. When I first started taking them I was a small woman weighing 180 pounds. I am happy to report that I am now 120 pounds and I owe them a debt of gratitude and I hope they never stop making them.

Great for weight loss

I know 100% that this weight loss supplement works for me and makes me a little nervous. Do not take more than recommended because Stacker 2 is strong and more is not better. I was over 220 at 5ft 7in and on Stacker 2 for 6 months I'm at #123. My metabolism slowed with age after neck surgery and I gained a lot of weight sitting down, this pill was my grace weight loss savior.
