    Handy when you need something small

    I would have liked it better if the edges of the holes weren't sharp. I have to be careful not to cut my hand or touch the fabric. The size is right and the handle is handy when a large colander is not needed.

    Just the right size

    The size of this colander is perfect for my kitchen. Many of the new screens are too big and I'm having trouble finding a place for them. I finally found this one and it's perfect for rinsing fruits and veggies and straining pasta. This is the goalkeeper.

    good sturdy strainer with holes in the bottom

    Sturdy and small enough to be dishwasher safe. We stick ours in a metal bowl to hold while we drain the pasta or wash the berries. When we bought the colander we were shocked to see that many of them didn't have holes in the bottom - this one does.

    Already rusting!: Colanders and food strainers

    I bought this strainer in June 2020 because I was fed up with the rusting of other stainless steel strainers. Today I found rust all over the top, sides and bottom rim of this sieve. The basket doesn't seem to rust, although it may only be a matter of time. Very disappointed.

    Good quality but much smaller than expected

    It is well made and easy to clean. The reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is that it is much smaller than expected. I figured it would be large enough to drain water from a pot of cooked pasta or other pasta. Instead, it's a size for rinsing strawberries or other small to medium sized fruit. I think I didn't know that 2.5 liters isn't that much.

    colander with handle

    I ordered this colander because of the long handle, with repeated use I found the handle is heavier than the colander so it doesn't shrink on its own, the handle goes over the counter and the sieve is in the air. It also had a lot of holes that weren't open, my husband pulled out the pieces with a hole punch to open them. For me that's a bad rating. I will not recommend it.

    Good Point: Just the right size to drain almost anything. Thin spaghetti does not slip. average weight. Lightweight yet durable. Can be washed in the dishwasher on the top shelf. I would recommend. Cons: When you take it out of the dishwasher, be sure to wipe off any excess water that collects under the curved top edge. Also wash it well when you receive it. A carbon-like film forms on the paper towel when it is first washed and dried. (You can't see this film just by looking at the screen)…

    Dented at the top and badly deformed

    Product arrived in an undamaged Amazon box. It's not curved in a circle, but there is a sharp dent on the edge. So it was hit or smashed before shipping as it wasn't in the original packaging. Extremely disappointed the damaged product was shipped with no sign of significant damage prior to purchase. This will be an unsold item in store.     Good screen but could do with better

    Not bad but has a few design flaws. This is one of those products that's missing an important detail: there's no front loop to place the strainer in a pot/bowl/sink to drain the contents. I found this out when ordering but was hoping the sponge would work as a stopper - doesn't work, the strainer with contents really isn't stable enough to lift any dripping food so it falls back into the water.
