Poor quality. for my opinion

I ordered this hardware to go with a stainless steel license plate frame I ordered from another vendor. The frame I purchased was and is of high quality. This hardware started corroding almost immediately.

Pros
  • Worked perfect for my license plate. No horrible rattling sound when I shut the trunk.
Cons
  • These screws are too large for my (standard) license plate frame.

Three Stars for my opinion

Impossible to remove without damaging the inserts. So they did their job of SECURING one's plate. These are not for asthetic inas much as security,,,,

  • Although the zinc safety caps are helpful in ensuring secure fastening, they may eventually corrode over time and compromise the overall durability of the product

Hides screws and won't rust!

Hides all the unsightly Rusty nuts and bolts of your license plate area seamlessly, full stainless steel Hardware will never rust and always look amazing, and the fact that it hides the screw heads really helps keep a conducive design scheme with your vehicle!

  • Despite their sturdy construction, the stainless steel bolts and accompanying zinc safety caps may not fit all vehicles, leaving some customers frustrated with their purchase

Poor quality finish on the caps

The screws get the job done but the finish on the caps is terrible. They stick out like a sore thumb on a chrome plate frame.

Put on some carbon frames and added the bolts and really looks good especially with led lights at night. Everybody thought it came with my new 2016 Nissan.
