I've had the hair dryer for 3 months and it no longer heats. Email sent to seller and received no reply. I saw many similar reviews. I wish I read the reviews before spending money

Too hot or too cold. Finding the right temperature is difficult. The dome doesn't stay down. This comes up with my clients and scares them. It didn't work recently. I had to flip the bottom 10 times and then it finally turned on. My clients have a roll or two that is not dry (usually in the back of the head). I paid a lot of money for this dryer and it's not good quality at all and doesn't work.

I use this hair dryer in the salon to color my hair. I've used it about 30 times with no problems. I had no problems with the hood down. It was packaged very well - a strong box with lots of tape and a bit of foam protection inside. The arms and legs fit easily. The heat seems constant. This might not be the best hair dryer for thick hair with big rollers - the hood won't be big enough.

Very disappointed! The hair dryer doesn't fall on the head like it should, so only the back of the head and the top of the head dry. The rest of the head will not be covered and will not dry. The hair dryer fan doesn't emit much air. Would never buy one again!
