Be careful when using in cold weather

Three stars because it freezes in very cold weather and is not easy to unlock. Very unpleasant. Was used on my '83 Toyota pickup.

Incorrect attachment of the tank cap!

I asked to cancel the order after receiving a notification that the gas cap on my car is NOT WORKING. They sent me the wrong gas cap anyway because they knew it was wrong. Extremely disappointed!

Low Emission Vehicles Only

Although my old truck is listed in the application chart, this cap does not work properly. I had to send it back. The lid for pre-ejection vehicles (like mine) needs to be vented (breathed) both inside and out. An inlet to allow air to replace the fuel used and an outlet to relieve air pressure due to fuel expansion. Without intake venting you will run out of fuel when the tank is full, and without exhaust venting pressure can build up and raw fuel can flood the engine.
