STAR WARS Darth Vader Pop-up Laundry Hamper Basket Review

This is the perfect addition to my boys Star Wars themed room. I like that it breathes thanks to the mesh. It's not made for a super-heavy load, but works great if you're staying up on the endless wash! Plus, kids can take it to the laundry themselves!

This item is so cheap don't waste your money. It is mesh on 3 sides and is very small. Darth Vader's image is on the other side. The handles are so flimsy I can't even use it as a basket or put big toys in it. So it just sits in the corner of my son's room as a decoration. As soon as I find a better one, this one will be gone. So disappointed.

Given to son for Christmas to match his Star Wars bedroom. While it looks great, the basket is completely flimsy and has practically come undone at most of the seams. When I first tried to carry a clothes hamper, both handles came loose. I would definitely not get this basket again. I assume this will take at least more than a month.

This is a very affordable basket that should be in the dollar store. It's been a while since I've had it and it's already broken. I want to say that my child broke it, but it broke while being carried from point A (kids room) to point B (laundry). Too bad it was $11.99 so I shouldn't have expected it to last AT LEAST a month. It holds clothes well, but don't expect to move the basket with clothes in it!

We have the same basket in the Toytory version and my son puts lightsabers in it. When we designed the Star Wars playroom, we naturally wanted a Star Wars basket. I transmitted a toy story and put the lightsabers in these and went to pick them up. The handle broke immediately. We're keeping it because it's going to be stationary, which doesn't really matter, but it's still clearly not as good as the original. Not sure why.

Great for my sons clothes and all costumes. He's got more wardrobe options than the Hamilton cast...anyway, one night I went into his room and said goodnight, and my goodness, I saw Darth Vader ready to fight. The realistic imagery had me grabbing his toy lightsaber and kicking the living shit out of that basket at 2am. Needless to say we all laughed heartily after the cops left. So get tired, but it's a gray basket/nemesis

This is very cute in my son's room and it taught my little one how to put clothes in a basket. We teach him to use it on dirty clothes, not a wrestling toy. My son has been in it several times and it hasn't broken yet. This basket is flat, like a rolled circle. A basket made for this purpose will not become a family heirloom. And you will be satisfied when you use it as a children's clothes basket.
