    Not impressed at all

    I have many brass stamps but for some reason this one struck me as very soft. 2 light taps with a hammer on the bearing and the head came out like a mushroom.

    Didn't work as expected

    Range set on M&P Shield removed. Meh, if I had to do it all over again, I'd only pay the gunsmith $35 for it. He would have done a much better job.

    A nice addition to any tool box.

    When a cheap scope tool I bought needed to be ripped out, this brass punch saved the day. If you're playing around with your hardware at all, I highly recommend this addition to your toolbox. Inexpensive too.

    This is not the correct backing removal tool.

    This is not a suitable rear sight removal tool for a Glock. This ruined my scope too much to reuse, so I had to order a replacement scope. If your intended use is gunsmithing, look elsewhere.

    It worked. Just.

    To be honest the work consisted of tapping in the stock and doing some racing. Probably a bigger mandrel should have been used as it was bent at the end and bits of the brass were chipping off. I used a file to smooth the tip and just hammered it in between uses. Probably the only time it will be used for this or any other purpose. It would probably be fine to work with much smaller and more delicate things like a gun yard.

    worked great for installing new scopes but I had to.

    Purchased to replace the scopes on my M&P with a set of tritium scopes, worked great for attaching new scopes but I had to use a steel die to get the standard front M&P look to let. Considering they are used with a hydraulic press I wouldn't mind as it's brass and not really meant to remove anything like that. I would buy another one if I wear these on the street. For those who only work on their own stuff once in a while, that would be great.
