This rack has a lot to offer. I bought a 4POSTRACK12U product (these reviews cover a lot of Startech racks). It was packaged very well for shipping, each item was wrapped in bubble wrap. Despite the fact that the box was quite heavy, everything came in pristine condition (my first pleasant surprise). All tools included (magnetic screwdriver and 2 combination wrenches), but instructions could be implemented much better. I was a bit frustrated that the instructions left out large details, which prompted me to go online to see how other people make their racks. Bolts and nuts are not clearly marked on the packaging.
