I don't know how cleanliness, thickness or warmth can describe the product it works on. A minor complaint was that one of the pins connecting the second parallel port was bent (no performance degradation), apparently indicating it was damaged during assembly or packaging. As promised, the kit included two shorter brackets and an installation CD with drivers.
