Already dead when it arrived. Before that I wasn't sure if it was defective.

Death on arrival. I wasn't sure if it was defective until after a long business trip after the return period had passed, but it was. It didn't work on the trip but I couldn't be sure it was defective until I got home. Do not buy this item.

Works great: USB to VGA adapter

I just got a new iMac with a USB-C Displayport, so I needed an adapter to connect my Cintiq 24HD. I previously ordered another adapter from another company and it didn't work. After a little research I ordered this one and it worked great. Very satisfied.

All ports suddenly stopped working (Update: 3-year warranty - replacement)

Bought and was happy to find an adapter with three different HDMI, DVI and VGA output ports. Everything worked fine for a while, but then suddenly all ports stopped working. Tried with multiple laptops (Mac), monitors and TVs but to no avail. That's why I chose Apple OEM. There is always an option, use a third party product was disappointed that it didn't last long. Update: Contacted support and sent new ones. It was a defective device, so it stopped working
