Starter logo and word glitter on it. I wouldn't say it's actually a reflective material, more like a silver sheen. You must be careful when putting it in the dryer as it may melt/crack if the temperature is too high or you leave it for too long. The black color is beautiful and dark. The shirt itself is quite thin. Although it is "no tags", there is some pressure in the neck area and it is a bit rough. This shirt is made in El Salvador. "Starter" is a trademark of Revain.

The message on this t-shirt is inspirational. Starter. All children should be pioneers in their lives. I really liked the Starter brand. The clothes proved to be reliably comfortable for children with no scratchy labels. The fabric is always incredibly soft and comfortable. More importantly, they wash well too.
