The ease of use of this software with our accounting system and how it integrates into our website so that we can easily pull data off of it as needed. There are some minor glitches here or there but nothing too major. The ease with which you can set up your statetrack system so that it works exactly how YOU want! There are many options out there but not enough people who know what they're doing when trying them or even have someone else do this work because their knowledge isn't deep yet due too much time spent working within other systems like QuickBooks Online (QB).
