Supportive And Comfortable Shoe

The SilentCare hiking shoes were ordered for use when working outdoors and hiking. This is a nice pair of suede and mesh shoe that is comfortable to wear. Since I have only had them a short time, I cannot comment on how they will hold up. They have a rubber sole that seems firm enough, and definitely supports my ankles and lower foot. The arch support was a little off for me, but that may be due to the shape or length of my foot. That is not a criticism since feet for people are different from…

Pros
  • The rugged design of these shoes makes them perfect for all types of outdoor activities, from hiking to camping to fishing and more
Cons
  • Suede may be damaged by excessive moisture

Cushioning for my opinion

Overall I’m very happy with these for the price. Light weight, comfortable and good boot tread. I do recommend these. The only small criticism, is the inter foam is a bit too soft. I weigh 200 pounds and the foam compresses Quickly.

Pros
  • The cushioned footbed helps to reduce fatigue and prevent foot pain, making these shoes ideal for longer hikes
Cons
  • Not suitable for snowshoeing

Good value hiking shoe

This shoe is very comfortable and did not require a big breaking in period. The toe box is roomy so a thicker sock is a good idea, but for me it was great because I replace the sole insert with an over the counter orthotic and it was very comfortable. The shoe is a touch heavy but overall a great buy.

Pros
  • These shoes come in a range of styles and colors, meaning you can choose the perfect pair to suit your style
Cons
  • May not have enough traction for muddy terrain
