We purchased these to cover some of the water tanks we have for our cows. They worked great in the Texas heat, we’re glad we purchased them.

The sun shade polyethylene material appears to be of durable construction and the connecting rings reinforcement should hold up well. However, if you need the promised installation instructions and polyethylene ropes, look elsewhere. They were not included with the well-wrapped cover.

Great product, however the hardware (nylon rope) is trash. Use chain or wire to attach to a sturdy structure. Not suitable for use in high wind conditions.

I'm in CA, 105 today so this is giving us shade, protects my plants. Easy to put up. Easy to hang so we taken down when windy. No rain yet but will take down when it rains. Buying a 3rd to block that 4:00pm sun.

I bought the 12x16 for a space that was just slightly bigger than that. After putting it up (easy installation), it started to stretch in the next few days. I would say 4-6 inches at each corner. So now it's a little too big for the area. So just buy one a little smaller than the area you're trying to shade.

I wanted some privacy between our neighbors without a solid fence. Screwed hooks into trees and attached the sail vertically. We got the red one which is really more russet. Really jazzed up our patio and provides some privacy. Good quality product.
