Steady Betty 15X24 Pressing Surface Review

My analysis of this chipboard product showed that it's a perfect fit for scrapbooking and stamping enthusiasts. The size - 15X24 inches - is ample for numerous projects, and the surface is the perfect blend of firm and soft to hold fabric or paper without sliding. Plus, it's lightweight enough that you can easily move it. Its only con is that it's a bit expensive, but it delivers the results, making it worth the investment.

I really liked this product when I received it. Worked better than expected. But after a week I noticed 4 spots sticking out on the surface of the foam rubber. They were round and hard. Almost like knobs or rounded screws. I will return as I fear they will get worse. I will try another sturdy Betty ab mat. Let's hope this is just a flaw on this rug.

I was skeptical when ordering this product because of the price, but it's a great ironing product.These quilts and everything else you want to be stable when you press.The surface of the foam grips the fabric so the fabric doesn't move when ironed.Both sides of the board are covered with foam so the board moves doesn't move the width of my ironing board so it stays there most of the time I plan to make a case with handles so I can take it to class.
