Good Article: Bluetooth Headsets

The sound is great but the connection can be annoying, especially in the beginning with the X series

Bad investment for your money

Absolutely the worst investment I have ever made in headphones. You accidentally disconnect from your Xbox at the worst possible moment. There is almost no battery warning. I have to keep turning them off and on mid-game to keep them from freezing or getting out of sync. Definitely not recommend

For 180€ I expected better.

Bought these refurbished Artics 9x headphones from Amazon. I had no sound in my right ear out of the box. Tried to fix the error myself but to no avail. I plugged them into my computer to make sure the volume was balanced in both ears, but there was still no sound in my right ear. Upon research, this seems to be a known issue.

I contacted Steelseries and they helped me reset my headset. It didn't solve my problem so they said I had to make a warranty claim. We don't have a receipt as it is a gift. They list a serial number on the box and a date of manufacture less than 12 months old, which is insufficient to establish a…

Great headphones! Pleasantly surprised.

**The picture posted shows my wired Sennheiser PC 37X and SteelSeries Artis 9X side by side** I have been a Sennheiser customer for years, in fact I have a wired PC 37X which I have used and loved for quite some time. I chose a wireless headset because I was very annoyed that the long cable coming from my controller got tangled in furniture legs and the like. I didn't want a key either, I was thinking of getting an official Xbox headset but the reviews said it was a bit small and I have a…
