I was looking for a stand to install a flight simulator. Other flight simulator booths cost a few hundred dollars. Decided to try this stand on wheels. The stand is solid. The only problem I had was that the Logitech Rudder system didn't fit. Screw patterns did not match. I used industrial grade double sided tape and the problem was solved. All in all, a good flight sim costs half the price of others.

Coming from a special desk with a makeshift shifter mount, TV and loose paddle shifters, I have a few comments. The convenience of being able to drag it into my closet when not in use is nice and frees up space. The derailleur that slides right into the frame isn't wide enough and my foot keeps touching it. When I saw the Omega GT I was skeptical of the other rigs I've used in the past. The problem with most of them is that they have very little lateral stability. I bought the Omega GT after some deliberation and am very happy with it. Stability is there. Also, the floor in my house is smooth ceramic tile and the Omega GT doesn't slip when I use it. The best part is that it can be folded up when you need to put it away. I don't have to remove the steering wheel, shifter or pedals! I love it.

Heavy, strong and very stable. Basically easy to set up and fold; Only 2 easy to remove screws with large handles that are easy to turn when needed, otherwise they stay in place.
