Dress I received looks nothing like the photos. This dress is made for someone 5 feet or shorter but with the arm length of someone 6 feet or taller. I’m 5’6”, 130 lbs, and the lace up loops came up to the fullest part of my bust, which is not flattering. The sleeves were excessively long, ending well past my fingertips with thumb holes I could fit my entire hand through. Bought this for Halloween but didn’t wear it due to horrible fit. Save your money, do not buy.

I bought this because it looked fun, and I love having pieces for impromptu costumes. I ended up using it to do socially distanced candy distribution for Halloween. In addition to adding to a fun ensemble, it was wildly comfortable. I imagined this ending up only being pulled out for costumes, but I find myself tossing it on for fall walks when I need an extra layer. It also seems very well made and likely to last.

As stated in title, I was surprised at the quality of fabric. I am 5'9" and 160 so ordered a large. I gave the product four stars as the sleeves were a little long (and I have pretty long arms). Looks really good with long gray wig I purchased for Halloween costume. I got the black which I feel could be used for multipurpose costumes. I haven washed it yet so not sure if it will shrink.

Product material is very stretchy and has no composure like the picture depicts. The shape is very unflattering. I ordered this last minute for an event, excited it would come in time and had to return it due to the fit. Decent quality material and stitching for the price. Too long, too bunchy, yet tight fitting material. Overall, very oddly shaped and doesn’t look like the picture.

Arrived super quick. 3 days. Purchased for Renaissance fair.Quality fabric. Would keep you warm during an outdoor event. Color is the army/forest green you would expect.The fit is okay. I'm 5'3, 125lb, C-cup. I ordered the medium. It is loonnngggg. The front comes to just above my knees, back is mid-calf. I got this for a Gandalf Halloween costume, and I absolutely love it! Now I want to buy a few more in other colors! 😄 I usually wear a Medium, but I went a size up, which worked perfectly because that gave the laces a little extra room to gather the material nicely. The fabric was soft, thick, and it seems well made and sturdy. Fantastic!

I'm between a M and a L (especially up top), so I got the Large since the ties could make it tighter. Fit great! Really loved how comfortable it is, and I couldn't get over how well it washed (assumed it would bleed red everywhere, but it didn't)! Hung it up to dry and didn't even need to iron it for next time!

I bought this for an up coming Renn faire, and I was pleasantly surprised! The fit is adjustable with the lacing in the from and back so I can wear it loose or fitted. I’m 5’0”, 115lbs, and the small fits perfectly. The fabric is soft and comfortable like a sweatshirt, but the cut is very cute and flattering. The sleeves are very long, but they can be pulled up and stay in place.

So, I saw that some had issues with the loops for the lacing. I sew. I loaded my machine with upholstery thread (the heaviest thread that a regular home machine can handle) and reinforced the seams that hold the lacing loops as well as added additional stitching @ each loop. The only way these are going to go is if I'm attacked with scissors. It could happen. I have a strange job.The other trick that I've learned is to use double-sided satin ribbon. You can still lace and tighten but won't deal

Bought this dress for a Renaissance fair. For reference. I normally wear a size 12 petite and got the large. The strings weren’t looped into the holes and were SO long that I ended up having to trim them so they wouldn’t hang so long. The hood completely covered my head and the dress was quite long. The material felt incredibly cheap. It worked for what I needed it to do.

I don't think the company knows their sizes very well. I ordered the XXL since so often these things run small. I could just barely squeeze into it if all the laces were pulled out. Just be aware that the Size XXL is actually about the Size of a medium or Large at best. If you are a larger woman and typically wear anything bigger than a large then don't bother with this because you will never be able to even get it over your chest!

In order for the lacing to be under the breath, as shown, my nipples would have to line up with my armpits! Where the lacing begins pretty lines up with my nipples and looks so wrong. I bought the XXL and from the measurements it should have fit perfectly.

Fit as expected. I think the quality is nice. Not thin but not too thick if you want to layer. I’d size up if you want to wear something warmer underneath. Wanted something to wear to the renaissance festival but could definitely get away with wearing it anytime. I’m 5’3 150lbs and got a medium. Could get away with it as a dress too.

This was much nicer in person. It’s a good weight to wear most of the year. I got it to wear to the ren fest but then realized it is so much more versatile and fun. It’s super cute with leggings, jeans or a skirt. Received many compliments

I had already sized up, anticipating it would run small, but even so it was still snug. I would doubly size up. The lace-up detail may not look as elegant on all body types.

Absolutely love this piece! Ended up buying a red one 2 days later. Great quality fabric, flexible (I can do yoga in it) and is perfect for fall/winter. Wore it with leggings and boots and I was comfy all day.

I bought this for a trip to the Renaissance Festival but will honestly be wearing in the fall as a regular part of my wardrobe (and I am considering getting it in another color because I like it so much).This is a comfortable dress featuring soft, stretchy, tshirt like material. It washes well. While many comment on the length and excess material of the arms, to me this was not the case. I ordered the navy and its more of a smurf blue. Fits comfortably and is a nice quality. Took a while to put the strings in though.

Black Dress that is in the pictures is NOT what I received. Not the same design/fabric with no lace up in front or back. The shorter portion in the front is very short and would need to wear bottoms under dress. also weird hoodie pocket in front. No thumb holes in sleeves.
